Personal Mission Statement:

My mission is to lead by example and create a classroom where every student feels safe, supported, and inspired to grow. I want my students to know that leadership is not about being the loudest person in the room. It is about making good choices, showing kindness, listening to others, working together, setting goals, and always striving to become better. Through the 7 Habits, I will encourage my students to take ownership of their learning, believe in their abilities, and recognize the leader within themselves. I will continue learning and growing alongside my students while building meaningful relationships and creating a classroom community where every child knows they matter. My goal is to be that teacher who believes in my students, encourages them, and helps them see just how capable they truly are.
